 Full breakfast (or lunch) after workout


    A specialist in Villacourt claims that, although some studies advertise the benefits of fat burning in the morning on an empty stomach, it should be noted that due to the delay in the morning meal, there is a threat of overeating in the future.  The same will happen if you go to the gym immediately after work, do not eat, which will lead to overeating after training.
     Have a snack with the mind: Eat two small meals
     Villacorta advises before morning exercise to refresh yourself with a banana or egg whites, and after training use breakfast of moderate size.  Before the evening training, you should have a snack 30-45 minutes before the workout, and a moderate size after dinner workout will bring you a lot of enjoyment.  Lakatos and Shames suggest synchronizing meal times and training times to increase your body's power to burn calories: "Plan your workout so that it ends when you eat, so your body will burn more calories."
